Guidelines
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these guidelines and we will fix it with our printing and shipping partners as soon as possible.
● Report within two days to info@azartget.com
● Include problem description and packaging details.
● Provide photos showing the damaged item(s), their packaging, and the view of the external box. These images are crucial for our internal review.
Send a photo of:
1. Photos of the damage.
2. Photos of the entire print.
3. Photos of package label and text/barcode must be legible.
4. Photos of packaging inside (corner protectors and the inside of the cardboard box).
5. Photos of the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage.
● After reviewing the case, we will arrange a replacement order for you.
● Your photos and information are vital for conducting an internal investigation with our print and logistics partners to prevent future occurrences and make necessary improvements. We highly appreciate your input in answering all the questions and providing us with all the valuable pictures.
